You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the TWC18 platform. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts pending confirmation.
Each individual may hold only one registered account with TWC18. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited without notice.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific rollover conditions are stated on each individual promotion page and form part of these Terms.
TWC18 operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment channels including FPX, DuitNow, and major e-wallets. Processing times may vary.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. TWC18 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Player", "You") and TWC18 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the TWC18 website located at https://twc18.cam and all associated services, products, and features made available through it.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or otherwise using any service offered by TWC18, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
TWC18 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving users internationally, including players located in Malaysia. The Platform provides a suite of gaming and wagering services including, but not limited to, live dealer casino games, slots, sports betting, live football betting, poker, bingo, and lottery-style games.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an active account on the TWC18 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only on the TWC18 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly notify TWC18 of any changes to this information by contacting our support team.
TWC18 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, we may require you to submit:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal services. TWC18 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation.
5.1 Deposits. TWC18 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment channels including but not limited to: FPX Online Banking, DuitNow Transfer and QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits and that are verified in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. TWC18 targets a withdrawal processing time of fewer than five (5) minutes for verified accounts via e-wallet channels, subject to internal security checks. Bank transfer timelines may vary.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where: (a) the KYC verification process has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) active bonus wagering requirements remain unsatisfied; (c) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; or (d) a withdrawal has been requested using a payment method not previously used for deposit.
5.4 Third-Party Payments. TWC18 strictly prohibits deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts held in a name other than your own. Any such funds identified will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.5 Cryptocurrency Transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. TWC18 accepts no liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of deposit and withdrawal.
TWC18 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page:
7.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the TWC18 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or betting market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge having read and accepted the applicable rules.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. TWC18 reserves the right to decline, restrict, or limit any wager at its sole discretion. This includes imposing maximum bet limits, restricting specific markets, or declining bets from accounts identified as exhibiting patterns of advantage play.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or display error resulting in an incorrect price or payout being shown, TWC18 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund stakes. No player may benefit from obvious errors in pricing, displayed odds, or game outcomes.
7.4 Disconnections. TWC18 is not liable for bets lost as a result of a disconnection from the internet or failure of the User's device, browser, or connection. Game history and bet records are maintained on our servers and constitute the official record in all disputes.
7.5 Sportsbook. All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are offered subject to availability. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time at TWC18's discretion, including in response to breaking news, injuries, weather, or unusual betting patterns.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by TWC18 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
TWC18 collects personal data solely for the purposes of providing and improving our services, processing financial transactions, verifying player identity and age, complying with applicable regulatory requirements, and preventing fraud and money laundering.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to deliver our services.
All content on the TWC18 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, game elements, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of TWC18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of TWC18.
11.1 The TWC18 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain a high standard of service availability (targeting 99.2% uptime), TWC18 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TWC18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11.3 TWC18's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits TWC18's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any genuine real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.2 TWC18-Initiated Suspension. TWC18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms has been identified; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the account fails to pass KYC verification; or (d) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
12.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months may be classified as dormant. TWC18 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of RM20 to dormant accounts where a balance remains, following 30 days' notice by email to the registered address. The account balance shall not be reduced below zero.

TWC18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect 14 days after the date of notification, or immediately where required by law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendments take effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which TWC18's operating licence is issued, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to a specific bet, game outcome, or account matter, the Player should first contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We commit to investigating all complaints and responding within 5 business days.
15.2 Final Decision. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated under the terms of TWC18's operating licence. The outcome of such referral shall be final and binding on both parties.
